【科普】我院开展经颅多普勒无创超声检查技术（文末有彩蛋）

font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">由于颅骨较厚，阻碍了超声波的穿透，过去的多普勒超声只能探测颅外动脉的血流动力学变化。经颅多普勒超声仪(TCD)，能穿透颅骨较薄处及自然孔道，获取颅底主要动脉的多普勒回声信号。其中临床意义最大的血管主要有：MCA：双侧大脑中动脉；ACA：大脑前动脉；PCA：大脑后动脉；VA：双侧椎动脉颅内段；BA：基底动脉。</span></p><p><span style="margin: 0px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">为了更好地开展这项检查，我院超声科医生从19年11月开始进行该项业务的培训，在院内进行临床工作测试，并且每周进行TCD检测的科内学习、手法练习，还多次邀请厂家工程师来院培训、指导工作，经过不断的实操和专研，2020年3月，我院超声科所有医生顺利通过科内考核，2020年4月，在院内积极开展了TCD志愿者检查征集活动，为部分住院患者进行免费检查，从而使超声科医生的TCD检查技术上升至新的台阶。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
